XT-01D is a highly versatile winding machine applicable to various stators with dimensions from Ø20mm to Ø200mm and wire dimensions from Ø0.2mm to Ø2.0mm.

The stator coil winding process utilizes continuous or discontinuous winding methods. This mature and advanced technology ensures reliable quality with easy operation and maintenance.

Available configurations include one stator, two stator, four stator, and six stator winding working stations, enabling winding of coils for 2-pole, 4-pole, and 6-pole stators. Both main phase and auxiliary phase can be wound simultaneously for enhanced efficiency.

This process is ideal for high-production capacity stator coil winding, featuring auto skip, auto cutting, and auto indexing functions completed in a single operation. Parameters are set via HMI interface with adjustable winding tension for optimal results.
