A: Please provide the following information: specific drawing, wire
material, and any additional functions needed with the machine
(such as chamfering, threading, etc.). We will check the best
solution and offer for your requests after reviewing the details.
Q: How can I know if XINGTE machine can produce my product
precisely?
A: For high-precision output requests, please send a check gauge or
parts that these outputs will fit. We will set parts for you to fit
them, or we can send samples for you to measure.
Q: Is the machine tested before shipment?
A: We conduct comprehensive testing including: wire feeding
accuracy test, 360 hours continuous running-in test, and machine
adjustment test according to customer's products.
Q: How can I get training if I have no experience with machines?
A: We provide a manual book with the machine and can send
instructional videos to demonstrate machine operation if you have
questions.
Q: Can the controller be set to the customer's language?
A: Yes, we can set two languages in the controller. We can set the
language you request and will need your assistance with some key
translations to load into the controller.
Q: What's the purchase process?
A: Inquiry → Understanding request details → Offering the best
solution → Discussing sample setup process → Order → Setting sample
and sending video for checking → Shipping machine.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 30% payment in advance as deposit, and 70% balance before
shipment.
